Odd looking Skunk

So, the other night I was sitting at the table and looked out the door. I thought I saw a strange cat until the critter turned around. It was a skunk, but nto a normal one. This one is mostly white excapt for a bit of black on his legs and his tail is grey. I know the picture is dark but you can still see it is no normal skunk.
